THE RECEPTION
Our inclusive
package includes a wedding planning session where we will design your tablescapes and centerpieces and personalize your special
day with your theme and color scheme. We will create an itinerary for your evening. You will choose the styles of music you
and your guests will enjoy and choose the songs for your First Dance, and your father /daughter dance, dollar dance, etc.
Our D.J.’s will announce the events of the evening and will be happy to play any special music for your 4 hour
event
THE DINNER
MENU
Bar-B-Que brisket served with
potato salad or Spanish rice, pinto beans, toasted French loaves, pickles, onions and jalapenos, iced tea
3-Layer Lasagna served with Italian
salad, , toasted garlic bread and iced tea.
Traditional Roast Beef served
with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, green beans, corn, or broccoli, fresh baked bread and iced tea.
Grilled Margarita Chicken served with mango salsa, rice pilaf, choice of vegetables, toasted
garlic bread and iced tea.
Fettuccine
Alfredo with Grilled Chicken Breast served with broccoli/cauliflower mix, garlic bread and iced tea. Roasted Pork Tenderloin, served with roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes, choice of vegetables, medallion dinner rolls, and iced
tea.
Guests
will be served buffet style. We will also cut your wedding and grooms cakes.
